FUTURE PLANS

Moving ahead, Bairooha Foundation envisions to see HOPE as an advanced centre for child development with all modern facilities. We look forward to move into own campus with expanded departments serving all needy people in our surroundings. The next stage is planned to be implemented in 3 phases expanding the coverage and quality of our services.

Phase I

Currently Hope has very limited facilities capable to offer very limited 60 sessions a day altogether for 86 children enrolled now. Presently there are also lot of needy children in waiting list due to shortage of facilities. So expanding our beneficiary reach we have to offer services to 200 children with 161 sessions daily. In this phase number of rehabilitation professionals also will be increased to expand our services.

Phase II

In this phase pre-vocational and vocational aspect will be introduced so as to train the young adults. This will provide exposure to various skill domain and will make them choose one livelihood way as per the skillsets achieved by the children. So in this phase additional vocational facilities and the service of qualified trainers will be added.
